Say it isn't so. I actually saw a street cleaner today spewing water. I can not tell you how many times I have seen a street cleaner drive up and down moving the dirt around, no fluid, no water, nothing. Actually, it usually appears as if they are making the street dirtier.
But not today, baby. I saw a genuine City of Cleveland street cleaner approaching to my left and it was spewing a heck of a lot of water onto the roadway. Hallelujah!
